Tessellation
(noun) The seamless interlocking of shapes to form a unified whole.
At Tessellate Consult, our mission is to help businesses unite their brand strategy, marketing, communications, bids, and social value, seamlessly fitting together each piece with intention and purpose.
The belief behind the name
Every business has goals, a reputation to build, and a story to tell. The question is whether that story is told clearly, consistently, and to the right people.
We work with businesses to understand who they are, what they stand for, and what makes them genuinely distinct from the competition.
Tessellate Consult builds the foundations that give businesses the clarity, direction, and confidence to grow through brand and marketing strategy, compelling communications, and specialist expertise in bids and social value.
Meet Tess
Tess Banning, Founding Director
With over 13 years in B2B marketing and brand strategy, one thing I feel passionately about is that the strongest brands result from deliberate effort, never chance.
During my career in the built environment, I developed an in-depth understanding of public sector procurement and social value strategy. I quickly recognised the power of both in reflecting a company's brand and in utilising them as effective marketing tools.
My approach is straightforward: helping businesses gain the clarity, direction, and confidence needed to grow. I ensure their story is told in a way that resonates and supports purposeful brand growth.
I founded Tessellate because I believe brand strategy should never be an afterthought. It is the interlocking piece that combines marketing, communications, bids, and social value strategies with purpose.
“Good marketing is not a reaction to a problem. It's the result of thinking clearly, building deliberately, and knowing exactly where you're going before you start.”
Tessellate builds the foundations that give businesses the clarity, direction, and confidence to grow
